We print, engrave and emboss your logo or text directly onto the body of your promotional USB flash drive — completely free of charge, from as little as 10 units up to 100,000+. Our sales designers are on hand to help you choose the right drive and branding method for your brand and budget, with a free visual mock-up before anything goes to print.
Every method is applied in our own CE & FCC approved factory and checked against your artwork before dispatch.
All USB flash drives can be screen printed in up to 4 spot / solid colours. Screen printing gives the best results when printing your USB flash drive — we Pantone match the colours in your logo to make sure your corporate colours are reproduced exactly.
Full-colour printing is available on selected USB styles — most notably the USB Credit Card, where a full-colour image can be printed on both sides, giving you total control over your brand’s artwork, photography and gradients.
Laser-engraved USB drives never lose their logo — it cannot fall off, fade or chip away, because the design is laser etched directly into the metal body of the drive. A premium, tactile finish that lasts the life of the product.
Embossing and debossing are available on two USB families — silicone wristbands and all leather USB styles. Leather USBs in particular benefit from this branding, setting themselves apart with a classic, tactile, pressed-in logo.
As a rule of thumb: screen printing suits most logos; full colour suits photographic artwork on credit card styles; laser engraving suits metal and wood for a premium permanent finish; emboss / deboss suits leather.
